A modern fertility coaching program
Unwind ~ Nurture ~ Heal is a 3-month program to reclaim and restore your fertility. If there’s an issue with eggs or sperm, it takes 90 days to restore quality. In that time, we look at the whole board and see what obstacles or weaknesses are in the way of optimal health.
I may prescribe Fertility Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Eastern Nutrition, Reproductive Exercises, or Lifestyle Changes. We will talk about ways to reduce stress, strengthen your relationship or even ways to rekindle that romantic spark.
My goal is to help you feel better physically and emotionally.
Our bodies function their best when we are relaxed and open and hopeful. I will help you move out of old fight-or-flight patterns of stress and into the Relaxation Response space where our brain and our reproductive organs are communicating, and where our bodies, minds, and hormones are in balance.
